what we aim for

the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA.

what we check

• the pages are tested with an automated accessibility checker at phone and desktop sizes, including the size of tap targets.
• form fields have labels, and photos are described.
• prices, part numbers, wire gauges and lead times are text you can read out or enlarge, not only pictures.

known limitations

• some small grey text has less contrast than WCAG recommends. it's part of our brand colours. your browser's zoom or high-contrast setting helps, and we're glad to go through a quote with you by email.
• the harness drawing in the configurator is a picture. the connectors, part numbers and wiring it shows are also listed as text in the configurator and on your order.
• in the configurator, the part-number and “via Digi-Key” links under each connector are smaller tap targets than recommended on phones, one heading is out of order, and the step markers that show what you've finished aren't announced the way screen readers expect. we're fixing these.
