- which half holds the pins?
- the DTM04-6P receptacle holds pin contacts, and the DTM06-6S plug holds socket contacts. every contact is crimped with Deutsch's own specified tooling.
- does the DTM04-6P need a wedgelock?
- yes. the wedgelock (WM-6P for the receptacle, WM-6S for the plug) is fitted on every connector and already included in the price.
- what wire gauges and lengths?
